Exchange and Refund Policies / 退货说明

We promise to provide the best service to our customers and ensure that all customers are satisfied shopping here.

An exchange will be made only if:

• The colour of the product we delivered is not the colour you have ordered.
• The size and or size of the product we delivered are not what you have ordered.
• Malaysia buyers please return within 7 working days.
• Overseas buyers please return within 2 weeks.
• Overdue returns will not be processed.
• Postage fees on the return will be fully on buyer.
  

A full refund will be made if:

• The product is no longer in stock after making the payment.
• Please note we do NOT refund for reasons as such:-
• Personal reason as such;
  
• Not good looking, dislike the colour, colour difference, fabric not high-quality enough, not comfortable to wear, not as pretty as expected, too transparent, too large or too small.
• Products that are unpacked, washed and worn.
  

Please note that we do not guarantee the size as indicated will fit you perfectly. Please note that the size may have a variable of 1 - 2 cm depending on the material.

Actual product may be not 100% identical and may differ slightly to pictures posted.

Shipping / 邮寄方式

Your item(s) will be posted by POS LAJU Malaysia. The postage fees is as follow:

POS LAJU = RM 6.00 （W) / RM 8.00 （E）
(For item(s) weighing more than 500g, fees to be determined)

Alternatively, meet up can be arranged within  PJ & Cheras area. Free delivery is offered for PJ area and Cheras.

Meet up on Saturday/Sunday is preffered. Time to be determined and preferably convenient to buyer. Prior notice is required for meet up during weekdays. Do contact us for the arrangement.

2. Alternatively, you can submit your order by our Order Form
3. Once orders received, email confirmation will be sent to advise amount payable of the items.
4. Your item(s) will be delivered at your mailing address on the next day after payment received. You will then received the item(s) in 1-2 working days
5. Please note all orders will only be processed only when payment received. Else, your order will be canceled after 3 days.
